Return/Refund Policy
1. Gravity Lounge ticket purchase are non-refundable.
2. Unused tickets may not be used for credit for tickets to other events.
3. Patrons are asked not to sell "extra" tickets on Gravity Lounge property.
4. Please do not ask Gravity Lounge staff to re-sell your extra tickets.
5. If and only if a scheduled event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be
granted to ticket purchasers. In the event that physical tickets have been
issued to the purchaser, those tickets must be returned BEFORE a refund
can be processed. Those on the will-call list who were not issued physical
tickets will need valid ID and the credit card used to make the purchase in
order to process a refund. Convenience charges are not refundable under
any circumstance.
